Tip 12) Prayers of the Righteous Avail Much

Those who believe in Him are the righteousness of God and and you can have whatever you ask. - https://www.pexels.com/el-gr/photo/849403/

[Jas 5:16 NKJV] 16 Confess [your] trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

[1Pe 3:7, 12 NKJV] 7 Husbands, likewise, dwell with [them] with understanding, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as [being] heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered. ... 12 For the eyes of the LORD [are] on the righteous, And His ears [are open] to their prayers; But the face of the LORD [is] against those who do evil."

[Remember, you can’t persuade God to answer prayers by earning them through your good works. We live right—for example by honoring our wives—because we have gratitude for what Jesus did for us, and our close friendship with Him results in prayers that are in-line with his Word and will.]

[2Co 5:21 NKJV] 21 For He made Him who knew no sin [to be] sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

[So, His disciples or students (us) have become the righteousness of God through Jesus’ sacrifice and now our prayers avail much! Getting revelation of this truth is a major faith booster. What is amazing is God’s Word says we will have “whatever we ask!” eight times!]

1. [Mat 21:22 NKJV] 22 "And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."

2. [Mar 11:24 NKJV] 24 "Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive [them], and you will have [them].

3. [Jhn 11:22 NKJV] 22 "But even now I know that whatever You ask of God, God will give You."

4. [Jhn 14:13 NKJV] 13 "And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

5. [Jhn 15:16 NKJV] 16 "You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and [that] your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.

6. [Jhn 16:23 NKJV] 23 "And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you.

7. [1Jo 3:22 NKJV] 22 And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.

8. [1Jo 5:15 NKJV] 15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
